[Trombone-l] Thai student looking for a doctoral program!

I have a young man, a very talented bass trombonist who was a student and
then a colleague of mine. His plans to work or study abroad have been
seriously cut back due to Covid-19, but now he is looking for a school to
work on his doctorate. Any suggestions?
