[Trombone-l] Thoughts about the Mozart concerto?

Not the Leopold Mozart Concerto for alto trombone, but Wolfgang Mozart's
Bassoon Concerto, K.191, played on tenor. Anybody ever do this? Is it
plausible?

I heard this piece played live by bassoon virtuoso Carl Nitchie and was
amazed. On paper, though, it doesn't look all that daunting. Maybe some of
the trills wouldn't lie well? I'm interested in your opinions.
