Can someone give me the address to subscribe to the euphonium listserv?

My mission, and I do have one, is to find a source for their band parts to
the Gordon Jacob Fantasia for euphonium and band. The director of the band
with which I hope to play this in April has tried the Boosey and Hawkes
site, but keeps getting circled back to the piano reduction.  And the, a
rental or loan of the parts would be preferable for this band, rather than
purchase, anyway.
