[Trombone-l] Your first trombone?

My first one (ca 1987) was a Blessing I guess was between 15 and 20 years old at the time, with its share of dents and scratches, but an OK slide and not too bad lacquer.
Later got a Bach 36B, then a 50B, then a 50BO, and then bought my first horn in 1996, a used Holton TR181.

Used the Holton until 2012 (Had to get a new slide for it around 2002), bought a custom Shires in 2012, it was stolen, and I got a new Shires from the insurance money in 2016.

Guess I’d get frustrated really quick if I tried playing the old Blessing now. Maybe I should contact my old school band and ask if I can try it.
